
I recently had the chance to see North Kingdom as part of a D&AD Presidents Lecture in London. Hosted by Sanky from AllofUs, the event allowed two of North Kingdom to spread the word about their creative practice.

The wordpress app has brought with it an additional barrier for crap blog posts.
I usually have an idea for a blog post whilst doing something else away from my computer. The mobile app allows me to put my thoughts down briefly and then add more to the post and actually make it live at a later date using my home computer.
This time in between which has only been created because of the app means there is an additional screening step in the posting process which helps me to reduce the amount of crap I write about.
This probably being one which should have been scrapped.
Of course, it doesn’t allow for the fact that I can publish directly from the Android application!
It’s all about the dreams, and I love how Honda works towards preserving our dreams.
Donald Judd describes John Pawson’s work as ‘The simple expression of complex thought’. The exhibition on Pawson’s work at the Design Museum, which ended recently, shows a great overview of his design approach and methodology to architectural practice.

At it’s highest level, Information Architecture is described by Wikipedia as the art of expressing a model or concept of information. In laymans terms, and within my day-to-day work as a Digital Project Manager, it is methods of organising and labelling websites and applications.
Cloud computing has been around for a while now. With Microsoft’s “to the Cloud” advertising campaigns, its started a journey into the mainstream. I’m not sure people are getting the full understanding of what Cloud is though.
